2025 WHEA Technical Exhibition
(held in conjunction with the Annual Conference)
The technical exhibitor registration is now open for the 2025 Annual Conference! Please be advised, registration will look a little different than past years, as we are using a new platform. Please read each area and follow all instructions! If you have any issues with the registration itself, please contact Katie Smith (katiesmith@beelerconstruction.com). PLEASE NOTE: At this time, you will not be asked to add booth attendees. Once registration is closed, you will receive a separate link to go in and add booth attendees and advise how many reception tickets you’ll need. Please watch for a separate link and email once registration is closed.
Booths may sell out quickly, so don’t delay!

WHAT IS INCLUDED:
- 3 Exhibitor Passes* (allows 3 people into the Wednesday Technical Exhibition, which includes lunch and entry into the Tuesday evening Open House).
- 10′ wide x 8′ deep carpeted booth
- 8′ skirted table with 2 side chairs
- 2025 WHEA Directory
- Exhibitor and Attendee Listings (these cannot be given out before Tuesday’s registration)
*Additional exhibitor passes may be purchased separately
* Please note that previously 110 v outlets were included with a booth purchase but this year, they will only be provided upon request. If it’s not requested in advance and one is needed on the day of the show you will be charged for it.

Additional services such as extra tables, additional power, phone line, etc. are not included but are available from the Green Bay Exposition Services (GBES) for an additional cost. Links to the forms can be found at www.whea.com under the Annual Conference tab / Technical Exhibition Itinerary and Info Sheets once they’re posted, closer to the date. These services need to be ordered from the contact listed on the form. There is a shipping service available if you wish to ship your booth to the show ahead of time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation notice must be emailed to WHEA’s Administrative Assistant at info@whea.com and a cancellation affirmation email reply must be obtained. A $100 cancellation fee will be retained for cancellations received between August 12 and August 26. If you cancel between August 27 and September 11, you will forfeit 1/2 your booth fee. All registration fees are non-refundable after September 12, 2025. No shows are non-refundable. Fees are non-transferable. For your booth to be guaranteed, all registration fees must be paid for 2 weeks in advance of the technical exhibition or once all the booths are sold, whichever comes first.
