Health care providers who participate in Wisconsin’s Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) should quickly review and apply, as appropriate, for the new $15 billion in funding made available today (June 10) by the federal government to help providers impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Examples of providers serving Medicaid/CHIP beneficiaries possibly eligible for this funding include pediatricians, obstetrician-gynecologists, dentists, opioid treatment and behavioral health providers, assisted living facilities, and other home- and community-based services providers.
